ALL NEW P90X Live! 

This isn't your at home P90X version, this class is designed to #BreakTheGym using your body weight and light to heavy barbells, dumbbells, and your weightlifting lingo- supersets- triplesets- etc.  This class begins with HIIT training to get your body into the fat burning zone, followed by Lower Body Strength, Hardcore Upper Body Strength, and Xtreme Core, leaving you with quick results and the hunger for more.


Get Ripped 

For anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit. Using light to moderate weights/ barbells with lots of repetition, Get Ripped gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music –You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.



Release your inner warrior- punch and kick your way to feeling empowered and fit. Streetfighter is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champion. Unleash your inner athlete and reach your personal best. This workout takes you through group-focused cardio drills, athletic conditioning, and explosive moves to make today’s limits tomorrow’s triumphs. It's time to get healthy and Dig Deep.



Instructors choice, anything goes! This is a cardio, strength, and core class. Utilizing barbells, free weights, steps, and stability balls, instructors will take you through multiple circuits to complete a full body workout.

Pilates/ Pilates Fusion

Instructors will utilize moves from Pilates and Yoga, fused together for a low impact workout. Designed to lengthen, tone, and strengthen your muscles and your mind. With the help of stability balls, light hand weights, yoga blocks, or just a mat, this class will strengthen your core muscles, while challenging your balance and stability. 



Cardio, strength, core- anything goes. This structured interval workout consists timed circuits of work vs. rest. It's you against the clock, moving well, and working hard, then recovery during the rest time. This HIIT (high intensity interval training) will have you pushing yourself, getting results, and inspiring others.
