About Joann Licausi

Joann Licausi is a lifelong student of Yoga who has studied and practiced with many renowned teachers. Certified by the Yoga Institute in 2001, she continues to practice and study, attending workshops and conventions, and following one of the individual disciplines of "Self Teach" as written in Patanjali's Yoga Sutra, the 8 Limbs of Yoga. Focusing on the physical asanas, Joann gives special attention to body alignment using her certified Pilates and Reformer training.
Joann's interest in the Chakra's has been a path of self transformation which she has added to her own practice.
