The Pocono Record is producing training videos with our Elevations Personal Trainers. By the end of The Great Pocono Weight Race, you will have an entire library of simple but effective exercises that you can do in the comfort of your own home.
Video 1 - Lindsay demonstrates squats and Alicia shows bent-over rows. Let's get you working those important muscles in your legs and back!
Video 2 - Alicia shows you push-ups and April demonstrates overhead presses. You'll be shaping your chest, shoulders and arms.
Video 3 - Shape your arms, following along with Alicia's tricep dips, and work your legs with April's leg lifts.
Video 4 - For your core and your legs. Jenn shows you back extensions and Lindsay demonstrates the squat throw.
Video 5 - Work your shoulders and your glutes. April demontrates side raises and Jenn shows you hip lifts.
Video 6 - April shows you how to work your arms with tricep extensions and then work your legs with Lindsay's single-leg squats.
Video 7 - Train your arms with Sarah as she shows you bicep curls and one-arm push-ups (really! You can do them!).
Video 8 - Hit your calf muscles with Jenn's toe raises and your core with April's seated twists.
