    • One-on-One Training - This is what most people think of when they think "personal training". Your trainer will evaluate your current condition, work with you on your goals, and then craft a unique program - and unique workouts - just for you. Your trainer will track your progress, allowing you to simply focus on your workouts. You can purchase one-sesssion-at-a-time, or packages of up to 40. We even have payment schedules to suit your budget.
    • Buddy Training - All the benefits of personal training, but share the cost with a friend - and share their company during your workouts!
    • Small Group Training - Our popular Women with Weights program is an affordable and fun way to enjoy the benefits of personal training.
    • In Home Training - We'll come to you!
    • Bootcamp - "The greater the obstacle, the more glory in overcoming it."
    • TRX Suspension Training - unique, fun and challenging!

One-on-One Reformer Training (Scotrun, only)

Pilates is one of the most popular exercise methods in the world...and the reformer is one of the most ingenious exercise devices ever invented. Pilates strengthens, lengthens, realigns and defines your body, and develops a stable core for all types of movement. If you have only taken pilates classes, you owe it to yourself - and your body - to try the reformer with one of our certified trainers.
