  • One-on-One Training - This is what most people think of when they think "personal training". Your trainer will evaluate your current condition, work with you on your goals, and then craft a unique program - and unique workouts - just for you. Your trainer will track your progress, allowing you to simply focus on your workouts. You can purchase one, five, 10 or 40 sessions at a time, and we even have a Personal Training Membership that provides two or three training sessions per week with no membership dues.  Please contact us for details and payment plan options!
  • Buddy Training - All the benefits of personal training, but share the cost with a friend - and share their company during your workouts!
  • Small Group Training - An affordable and fun way to enjoy the benefits of personal training.
  • In Home Training - We'll come to you!
