Bootcamp Xtraining

The next bootcamp begins during the week of May 27th.

Are you looking for extra motivation, a confidence boost, or just a fat burning workout? 

 You will get more out of BXTraining than you ever imagined!

poconos bootcampWe offer BXTraining at different times to accommodate various schedules. Prices start at just $65 for four weeks of training, meeting one day per week. Want to train more frequently? You can train two, three...up to five days per week!

How about making bootcamp a regular part of your life? Our bootcamp membership starts at just $99 per month and allows you to do bootcamp every month with no additional fees, plus you continue to have all of the other benefits of your Elevations membership.

Days and times vary for each of our locations so please contact us for specifics. Plus, if you have a favorite trainer, be sure to ask about group sessions that he or she is leading! Also, keep in mind the popular Weekend Warrior session at 7am in Scotrun on Saturdays, before the club is even open.

We will take you step-by-step through different workouts each week. You will be inspired by our trainers and by others in the program and, in the end, overcome many obstacles. 

 Plus, even if you are not a member of Elevations, you can join us for BXT! 

 Get ready to take a closer look at who you are and what you are capable of doing!

So, What Are the Workouts?

The sessions will vary among these formats:

Circuit Training: A mix of cardio and strength exercises for a fun, fast-moving workout.

All-Terrain Workouts: Indoors, outdoors or in our pool (in Scotrun). Workouts that give you a variety of exercises, constantly challenging you.

Tabata: High intensity, intermittent interval fat burning training.

Accumulator: A class which adds a new strength or cardio move to produce a repeated sequence of moves.
