 Are you looking for extra motivation, a confidence boost, or just a fat burning workout? 

 You will get more out of BXTraining than you ever imagined!

poconos bootcampWe offer BXTraining at different times to accommodate various schedules. Prices start at just $65 for five weeks of training, meeting one day per week. Want to train more frequently? You can train two, three...up to five days per week! Current sessions in Scotrun are Mondays at 6:30pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:15am, and the ever-popular Weekend Warrior session at 7am on Saturdays, before the club is even open!

We will take you step-by-step through different workouts each week! You will be inspired by our trainers and by others in the program and, in the end, overcome many obstacles. 

 Plus, even if you are not a member of Elevations, you can join us for BXT! 

 Get ready to take a closer look at who you are and what you are capable of doing!

So, What Are the Workouts?

The sessions will vary among these formats:

Sculpt Circuit: A circuit class to tone and develop muscle definition.

Cardio Abs: A mixture of high intensity cardiovascular stations and segments, with strength training abdominal segments.

Tabata: High intensity, intermittent interval fat burning training.

Accumulator: A class which adds a new strength or cardio move to produce a repeated sequence of moves.
