Cancelling Your Elevations Membership
We're sorry whenever a member needs to cancel. In fact, please consider our option to freeze your membership if that might be appropriate for you. Many members will be able to cancel their Elevations membership right over the phone. Please contact our Member Services representatives and they will take care of you. All cancelation requests must be initiated by calling our Member Services representatives at ABC Financial.

Monday through Friday, 8am to 10pm Eastern time
Cancelation requests must be made at least 14 days prior to your next billing date, otherwise your cancelation will be executed the following month. Additionally, your account must be in good financial standing in order to cancel.
If you are beyond your initial membership term - cancelations are received and processed via phone
If you are still within your initial 12-month contract term - specific circumstances, in accordance with your Elevations contract, must exist. Specifically:
- You must be relocating an additional 25 miles from your club, in which case proof-of-move will be required
- You must have a medical issue that would prevent you from utilizing 1/3 or more of the facility for at least 6 months or the remainder of your term. A doctor's note, on letterhead, will be required that specifies these circumstances.
Elevations’ representatives at ABC Financial will provide specifics regarding proof-of-move or medical documentation and how to deliver that information.
